Barbarella Desert Sesh

This session was so much fun, Devon and I were up with the sun, wandering around the luscious green desert in early months of spring. When she told me she wanted some Mad Max/ Barbarella vibes I was totally vibing with it.

Joshua Tree National Park is a wonder and every place in that 1500 sq Mileage is different. It gives a very extraterrestrial vibe, and I wouldn’t be surprised if one day I have an alien hit me up asking for a boudoir session.

Dealing with harsh lighting, crazy heat indexes we made this set look flawless and easy. Taking shelter between 1000 year old stones and rocks, and Devon laugh echoing through. I love having my creativity and skill-sets challenged. This was one of those times, and we crushed it.

The Devil Does Pole – Butter and Filth Session

Hannah being her artsy creative self wanted to do a session that was kinda out of the box, and wanted to incorporate her new skills she had been learning at Butter and Filth a badass duo of pole working ladies, empowering the Greater Richmond Area. Of course I had to oblige!

Hannah wore this PVC Delightful Devil Suit while suspending herself in mid air for the the magical pole tricks I could capture. We had Nia (the filth of Butter and Filth) put on some sexy tunes, to create the mood for the pole flow!

Hannah as you can tell isn’t shy in front of a camera and this definitely wasn’t her first rodeo. She has been a model, artist, aerialist, hooper, and now pole extraordinaire for years! I always admired her confidence in whatever creative endeavor she would embark on and I can’t wait to see what other cool tricks she pulls along the way!

If you want to get glammed up and learn what she does make sure you head on over to and check out their classes you won’t regret it, I promise 😉

Cabin Fever – A Male Boudoir Session

Nothing is better than getting cozy under some warm blankets in the dead of winter in a cute little cabin. I am always telling my clients boudoir is for everyone. It isn’t about feminine or masculine beauty, it is about the beauty in accepting who you are and your body in the form that it is.

I love doing male boudoir sets, because many men don’t think they can be sensual, sexy or beautiful in such a delicate form of photography. That is where I step in. YOU ARE WORTH IT.

This set is a raw, intimate, and vulnerable. The smiles and laughs exchanged in between shots, created such ease in the whole experience. This happened to be a friend of mine and it was his first time in front of the camera. The adventurous mountain man he is, I only saw it fit for his first boudoir session to be in a cabin in the Appalachian Mountains. After a fun weekend of hiking and wandering Dragon’s Tooth, we settled in for this awesome cabin in the woods, on a outdoor survival camp.

The dark and moody cabin with only soft light from the small windows set a beautiful stage for the imagery we came up with. See guys? Boudoir is for everyone even long haired hippie mountain men. No excuses 🙂
